What cookies are
They are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits, such as your signed-in session or the language you chose. Some are essential for the site to work; others, such as analytics cookies, are only set if you accept them.
Technical and preference cookies
They are needed to provide the service you request or to remember a choice you made, and do not require consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
agrupa.link | Keep you signed in and protect forms. | 7 days |
lang |
agrupa.link | Remember the language you chose. | 1 year |
cookie_consent |
agrupa.link | Store your choice about optional cookies. | 1 year |
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid |
Stripe | Prevent payment fraud. Only set in the dashboard when the payment form is opened. | 1 year and 30 minutes |
__cf_bm |
Cloudflare | Tell people apart from automated programs and protect the site against attacks. | 30 minutes |
The dashboard also stores some interface preferences in the browser's local storage, such as whether the preview follows the editor's scrolling or the colour of reply images. It is not used for tracking.
On public pages, when you vote in a poll or send an anonymous message or a contact request, the browser saves a random identifier (agrupa_voter) in its local storage and, if you vote, the option you chose (agrupa_votes). They are used to remember your vote and to curb abuse of messages, with no cross-site tracking, and they last until you clear the site's data in your browser.
If a page owner is testing two titles for a link, the browser also stores which version you got (agrupa_ab), so it always shows you the same one; it is never sent with any data about you. If you install agrupa.link as an app or turn on alerts, the browser also stores its service worker and a page for when you are offline.

These cookies are only set if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. agrupa.link's Google Analytics only loads on the home page, the guides and these legal pages; neither the dashboard nor users' public pages use analytics cookies.
Google may process Google Analytics data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can see how it uses them at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Content from other platforms
Videos, songs and maps that an owner embeds in their page (YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music or Google Maps) are first shown as a button, without connecting to that platform. Tapping it loads their player, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its policy. YouTube loads in its privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo with its do-not-track option.
How to accept, reject or withdraw consent
The first time you visit the website we show you a notice with two buttons of equal weight, "Accept" and "Reject". Until you choose, no optional cookie is set.
You can change your mind at any time with the button below or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies that the site is able to remove.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings. If you block technical cookies, you may not be able to sign in.
Updates
We will review this policy when the cookies we use change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
