Purpose

agrupa.link is an online service for creating a public page with links, social profiles and content blocks at its own address (agrupa.link/username), receiving messages, contact requests, bookings and subscriptions from its visitors, checking its visit statistics and, with the Premium plan, accessing additional features by subscription.

Use of the service by account holders is also governed by the Terms of use. The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.

Use of the website

Accessing agrupa.link and browsing its pages is free. Users agree to use it lawfully, without damaging the site or disrupting its operation, without trying to access other people's areas or data, and without using it to send unsolicited communications or malicious software.

Content published by users

The public pages of each account (agrupa.link/username) and the links they contain are published by the account holder, who is solely responsible for them. agrupa.link provides a data hosting service under article 16 of the LSSI-CE and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services, and does not review content before it is published.

Anonymous messages that anyone can send from a page's inbox are the responsibility of whoever writes them. agrupa.link hosts them on the same terms and does not review them before delivering them, although it runs them through an automatic filter that sets aside those containing insults, threats or links.

When we have actual knowledge that content is illegal or infringes third-party rights, we will act diligently to remove it or disable access to it. Anyone can notify us through the procedure described in the Terms of use or with the "Report" link at the foot of every public page.

Links to third-party sites

Users' pages link to external websites that agrupa.link does not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those sites, without prejudice to removing the links when we have actual knowledge that they are illegal.

Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, texts, logos and the agrupa.link brand belong to its owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except for personal and private use of the site.

Content uploaded by users (texts, images and links) remains theirs. The country of visits is obtained with the IP to Country Lite database by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

Liability

We work to keep the site running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the site or for interruptions due to causes beyond our control, such as failures of telecommunications networks or external providers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under the law; if the claimant is a consumer, by the courts of their place of residence.
