Last updated: October 18, 2026

The service
agrupa.link lets you create a public page with your links at agrupa.link/username, organise them into folders, add your social profiles and content blocks, choose a design, generate a QR code, receive anonymous messages, contact requests, bookings and subscriptions, write to your subscribers and check visit and click statistics.
The free plan has no cost and no expiry date. The paid plan, Premium, is taken out by subscription: it raises the limits and adds design features, smart links, advanced statistics, several profiles and a team and the option to remove the footer. The features of each plan are described on the home page and in the dashboard before you subscribe.
We may improve, change or withdraw features. If a change significantly reduces what an ongoing paid subscription includes, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel it.
Sign-up and account
- You must be at least 14 to create an account, and be of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission to take out a paid plan or buy a gift.
- The information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your account; let us know if you detect unauthorised use.
- Your username forms the address of your page. Usernames that impersonate other people or brands, are misleading or infringe third-party rights are not allowed; in those cases we may withdraw them.
- You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Deletion irreversibly erases your page, your additional profiles, your links and your statistics, and cancels any active paid subscription.
- If you give other people access to edit a page, they act on your behalf: you are responsible for what they do there and you can remove their access at any time. Someone editing another person's page cannot manage its plan or team, and can stop editing it whenever they like.
Your page content
You are responsible for everything you publish: texts, images, links and the content of the sites you link to. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence, limited to the life of your account, to host, reproduce and display that content solely to provide the service, including previews and QR codes.
You may not publish or link to:
- Illegal content or content that incites crime, hatred, violence or discrimination.
- Material that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, or the rights to honour, privacy or personal image of others.
- Sexual content involving minors, under any circumstances, or explicit sexual content displayed on the page itself.
- Malware, phishing, scams or misleading links.
- Unsolicited advertising (spam) or content designed to manipulate statistics or third-party systems.
- The sale or promotion of illegal products or services.
You may not attempt to breach the security of the service, access other people's accounts, automate sign-ups or overload the system.
Anonymous messages
You can add an inbox to your page so that anyone can write to you without identifying themselves. Senders do not need an account and remain anonymous to you: we do not show you any data that would reveal who they are. These rules also apply to whoever writes:
- Insults, harassment, threats, encouragement of self-harm, hate speech, sexual content, advertising and other people's personal data may not be sent.
- By sending a message you accept that its recipient may read it, reply to it and share it with their reply, without your data, on other networks or on their own page.
- Whoever receives the messages is responsible for their answers and for what they share, and must not use the inbox or the reply images to expose or harass anyone.
Messages go through an automatic filter that sets aside in "Filtered" those containing insults, threats or links and those from blocked senders. The filter is an aid and can make mistakes either way: what it sets aside is not lost, and you can recover it for 30 days. From the dashboard you can block whoever writes, delete messages and report them; reports are reviewed by a person.
We may limit or block messages that abuse the service and disable the inbox of a page that is used to breach these terms. We keep technical codes that do not identify the sender, although they can be used to block them; if a competent authority requires it, we will cooperate with the information we hold, as explained in the Privacy policy.
Contact forms
You can add a form to your page so anyone can send you a request with the details you decide to ask for. If you use it:
- You are the controller of the personal data you receive through it. Ask only for what you need to handle the requests, use it only for that and respond to the rights of the people who write to you. Do not use it to send advertising they have not asked for.
- Do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, religion, ethnic origin or sexual orientation), bank or card details or passwords.
- The replies you send from the dashboard or from Telegram go out by email with your name and your email address so they can answer you. Use them only to reply to whoever wrote to you; we limit them to prevent abuse.
- agrupa.link processes that data on your behalf, as a processor (art. 28 GDPR), and only to keep it in your inbox, send you the notifications you turn on, email the replies you write from the dashboard or from Telegram and protect you from spam. It does so with the security measures and providers described in the Privacy policy, under a duty of confidentiality; it will help you respond to the rights of the people who write to you, notify you without undue delay of any security breach affecting them and delete each request, with its replies, when you delete it or your account.
Requests go through an automatic filter that sets aside in "Spam" those with lots of links, insults or threats and those from senders you have blocked. Nothing set aside is lost and you can restore it for 30 days.
We may limit submissions that abuse the service and disable the form of a page that is used to breach these terms.
Subscribers and mailings
You can add a subscription block or a countdown with "Notify me" to your page and write to the people who sign up. If you use it:
- You may only write to people who subscribed from your page and confirmed their email. Importing lists or adding addresses by hand is not allowed.
- You are the controller of that data and responsible for what you send. Emails go out under your name, with your reply address and an unsubscribe link that cannot be removed; do not use them for spam or for content these terms prohibit.
- Each plan has a maximum number of subscribers and mailings, shown in the dashboard.
- agrupa.link processes that data on your behalf, as a processor, on the same terms as contact form data.
We may limit or stop mailings that cause complaints or bounces, and disable the block on a page that is used to breach these terms.
Bookings
You can add a block to your page so people can request appointments in the slots you set. If you use it:
- You are the controller of the data of people who book: use it only to manage the appointment and respond to their rights.
- Confirming, declining or cancelling each appointment is up to you. agrupa.link sends the emails for each step, but it is not a party to your relationship with the person booking and is not responsible for the appointment taking place.
- agrupa.link processes that data on your behalf, as a processor, on the same terms as contact form data, and deletes it within the periods set out in the Privacy policy.
Advanced features
- Smart links (Premium): do not use redirects, passwords or sensitive content warnings to hide content these terms prohibit.
- The "Explore" directory: it is optional, and it lists pages that turn it on and meet some minimum requirements, such as a confirmed email and at least two published links. We may remove a page from the directory without affecting its publication.
Content moderation
We do not review content before it is published. We act when we receive a report or detect a possible breach, and reviews are carried out by a person. The only automated tools are the anonymous message and contact form filters, which do not remove content: they only set messages aside in a folder their recipient can review.
If content breaks the law or these terms, we may, in proportion to the seriousness: hide or remove the affected item, temporarily disable the public page, or suspend or close the account in serious or repeated cases. We will tell you the decision and its reasons by email, unless the law prevents it, and you can reply to that email to ask us to review it. If we close an account with Premium, the subscription is cancelled with no further charges.
Reporting illegal content
If you believe a page on agrupa.link contains illegal information or infringes your rights, write to us at soporte@agrupa.link or use the "Report" link at the foot of that page. So that we can act, please include:
- The exact address of the page (agrupa.link/username) and, if possible, the specific link or item.
- The reasons why you consider the content illegal.
- Your name and email address, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material, which you can report anonymously.
- A statement that the information in the report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.
If you receive an unlawful anonymous message, report it from the dashboard, in the message itself: it reaches us with its text and we review it in the same way.
We will acknowledge receipt, review the report diligently and objectively and inform you of our decision. If there are signs of a crime that threatens people's life or safety, we will inform the authorities.
Point of contact for authorities and users of the service (art. 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act): soporte@agrupa.link, in Spanish or English.
Paid plans: price and payment
- Premium costs €1.99 a month or €19.99 a year, taxes included. If you pay from outside the euro area, the amount may be shown and charged in your local currency; the final price always appears in the form before you pay.
- Payment is processed by Stripe by card or other methods offered in the form. We do not receive or store your card details.
- The subscription is charged in advance and renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it.
- You can change plan or billing period from "My plan". The change applies immediately and Stripe adjusts the amount in proportion to what is left of the current period.
- If a charge fails, Stripe will retry it for a few days. If it does not go through, the account returns to the free plan: no content is deleted, but settings exclusive to paid plans revert to the free plan's and its limits apply again.
- If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before the renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription whenever you want from the dashboard, under "My plan", with no minimum term or penalty. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, after which the account moves to the free plan without losing its content. Except as provided for the right of withdrawal, periods already started are not refunded.
Right of withdrawal
If you subscribe as a consumer, you can withdraw from the subscription within 14 calendar days of subscribing, without giving any reason (art. 102 et seq. of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
To exercise it, send a clear statement of your decision to soporte@agrupa.link before the period ends. You can use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
When subscribing you expressly ask us to activate the plan immediately. Therefore, if you withdraw, we will refund what you paid minus the proportion corresponding to the service provided until you notify us of your withdrawal (art. 108.3 of the same law). The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method and at no cost to you.

Subscribed on:
agrupa.link username:
Name of consumer:
Address of consumer:
Signature of consumer (only if this form is submitted on paper):

Gift codes
- You can buy a code for 1, 3 or 12 months of Premium to give as a gift. It is a one-off payment, with no renewal, for the amount shown in the form before you pay. We email you the code and you can also find it under "My plan".
- The recipient redeems it from their dashboard, under "My plan". The months are added to any premium they already have, the code can only be used once and it cannot be exchanged for money. Purchased codes do not expire.
- You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days by writing to soporte@agrupa.link as long as the code has not been redeemed: we will cancel it and refund the amount by the same payment method. Once redeemed, the service has been provided and withdrawal no longer applies.
- We may cancel a code obtained fraudulently or with a payment that is reversed.
Trial month and referrals
- Each account can activate one free month of Premium once, without a card. When it ends, the account returns to the free plan at no charge.
- For every account that signs up through your invitation link and confirms its email, you get 1 month of Premium for free, and that account starts with 14 days of Premium for free. Fake or automated sign-ups are not allowed; if we detect them, we may withdraw the Premium granted.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable measures to keep the service running continuously, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for the content users publish or for the external sites they link to.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer law or our liability in cases where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to adapt them to legal or service changes. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel the subscription or delete your account before it takes effect.
Electronic contracting
Under article 27 of the LSSI-CE we inform you that:
- The contract is concluded when you create the account. Paid plans and gift codes are purchased from the dashboard: you choose the plan or gift, review the price and terms, accept and confirm payment in the Stripe form.
- Before paying you can review and correct the details entered or close the form at no cost.
- After purchase we email you a confirmation with the purchase details and a link to these terms.
- We do not file an individual document for each contract: these terms are always available on this page to save or print.
- The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English.
Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
You can send any complaint to soporte@agrupa.link. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month at most.
agrupa.link does not participate in any alternative consumer dispute resolution scheme.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
